I cannot put into words how thankful I am with working with Craig in selling my house. From the very beginning, Craig was just on top of everything. He described in details the selling process during our initial consultation with him. From determining the listing price to staging the house until escrow closure, Craig guided us and provided us his most honest opinion and expertise. With determining the listing price, Craig took the effort of looking at various comparisons, going around the neighborhood and even knowing the surrounding areas (i.e. schools, business establishments, access to services, access to freeways, etc). In this way, we were able to make a sound decision on the listing price. Staging/Decluttering the house was one advice that he highly recommended that proved very helpful. For us, it was a bit difficult from the start as we have to clear years of stuff. When everything was cleared, it made the house more presentable for potential buyers. In addition, Craig did not skimp on details. Professional pictures were taken of the entire house: inside, outside and even top view! Throughout the process, Craig kept us updated on all house showings and requests to view the house. He kept in touch and followed up on all interested buyers. He even reaches out to other agents and informs them of the house being on the market. At the time that we’re selling the house, the government shutdown was on-going and our buyer’s having issues with getting their paperwork done. Craig kept us informed of everything and was in constant communication with the buyer’s agent. This was very helpful as it eliminated any worries that we have. There were certain situations were the buyer’s agent were not responding but Craig dealt with it professionally. With Craig, you are definitely in good hands. He will take the effort of knowing you and your situation and will use all of his aces to help you. I cannot thank him enough. I would definitely recommend him.
