This is the second house that Craig has marketed and sold for me. His experience is extensive, and he always has a smile, or a laugh to share. He went above and beyond to help me get a few left over items out of the house on the day of closing. He made the whole experience a lot easier for me and, also had great recommendations for getting the house ready for the sale. He helped me find contractors for last minute repairs that needed to be done.

Craig communicates well. We had a few unexpected (code) repairs that came up during the home sale process. Craig was quick to respond, guide us thru the fastest and most efficient means to accommodate repairs. He was very knowledgeable about market conditions, in particular our subdivision. We achieved a top dollar sale in minimal time.
