I contacted Coy in December of 2015. I told him what I was looking for. The next day i had an email of potential homes. Coy was on it immediately. I could only view homes on the weekend and am very indecisive. Coy was patient through the entire process. Highly, highly recommend Coy as a realtor. My husband and I have done real estate deals over 3 decades on our primary homes and investment properties.
