Courtney was very knowledgeable and responsive I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a house as she will provide you a very sincere evaluation of the property. She was very attentive and on time to all the appointments regarding the appraisal, the radon inspection and the mold inspection. Courtni was dedicated and organized about showing me as many home opportunities as she could. She didn't hesitate to suggest options or fit in options I added last minute. We spent one afternoon and the next morning exploring Peoria and by that evening we made an offer.
