Courtney was both our selling agent and purchasing agent. Making this decision could not have been better. Once I gave her what type of home we were looking for, she was able to locate the perfect location. I needed to use the funds from the sale of our condo in Burlingame to purchase our new home. Once we made an offer for the home in Rancho Cordova, Courtney found a buyer that made an offer for what we were asking and closed the sale so that we were able to use those funds to pay for the new home. Both transactions were completed in time for us to move into our new home a great success. I don't think any agent could have made both transactions so quickly and professionally.
