I honestly found my home and was able to make an offer because no one was able to get in due to COVID. Courtney is fun and knows her industry well. She is extremely responsive, which was so important to me. SHe also recommended a great Mortgage Broker.
She is a realtor whom we will be working with in the future. If purchasing from out of state I give high regards and full confidence that she has your best interest. She does not mince words and will tell you in a professional matter good and in constructive criticism. She is a professional forthright person to help you in the process of purchasing in Florida. Her guidance to give you contacts is true and in big leagues. We dealt with realtors over time but Courtney is the the Doctor of her field. Why deal with anything less. We are blessed to have met and worked with her.

I would give her a 10, 5 is not high enough. She is a very dedicated, sweet, knowledgeable and so professional. She goes the extra 5 miles for her clients. She had made buying my home a wonderful experience. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is interested in either buying a home or selling one. She is the best!
