If the preparation if great, the wedding day (in this case the day of the Open House) will be great. Our Open House day was Great! Courtney would have been a fantastic wedding planner. She was professional, caring, empathetic and always willing and able to assist in addressing last minute crisis. When we had a water leak two days before the open house, Courtney made a stressful situation into a simple solution. Courtney also has a great team of designers, staging, etc. which helped us plan and get the house/property ready for the open house. I thought working with a realtor would be the worst part of selling our home, but I was wrong. Courtney constantly went above and beyond for us and made the stressful process of selling our home much easier than I had thought possible!

Courtney and Tony Self did a great job renting out our condo in Torrance for 9 years so when we wanted to sell that property and move to Redondo Beach there was no hesitation who we were going to put in charge of selling one and buying another. Courtney was very helpful showing us several properties. Then when we found one were were under contract in no time and it was tricky because we needed to sell our condo . Fortunately we sold our condo the first day for over asking price. From then on the whole transaction moved along very well.
