Courtney helped the reviewer sell this property

HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE

Our move from Hayden Falls Condominiums to independent living was punctuated by the extreme emotion of losing my loving wife of almost 70 years. It is very difficult for me to adequately express how grateful I am for Courtney"s efficient handling of detail and compassion. As for detail Courtney's expertise as a realtor was evident in all aspects of the marketing process from research and pricing to property preparation, presentation, communication and negotiation. As for compassion Courtney was confronted by a deeply felt reluctance to make a necessary move. We loved our last home in the condominium. She demonstrated a quality far more than patience to guide us through us through this process. People get older and face the circumstance of age and health that compel a safer lifestyle decision. But whatever the circumstance I would highly recommend the realtor services of Courtney Rusoff.
