Courtney was referred to me by my patient in New Jersey where I live. I had to see a house that became a nightmare situation for me as I didn’t have the time to travel to North Carolina to be involved in the sale. The house needed to be gutted and sold and Courtney without ever having met me and only speaking to me on the phone was able to sell this house for me without any issues. She was always accessible, extremely knowledgeable and responsive and professional. I call her my angel because without her I would have never been able to resolve this problem.
