Life Saver! Courtney is THE best!

When I say lifesaver, I mean Courtney really saved this momma's sanity for real. When we reached out to Courtney we had already sold our old house and were living with my mother in law while looking for a new house (family of 4 in 1 room...yikes). Our old realtors were just not getting the job done. Offers fell through on so many houses we loved, and we desperately NEEDED a place to live (did I mention we were living with my mother in law??). Courtney floated in on a cloud to come to our rescue; our own little realtor guardian angel. Maybe I am embellishing that part a bit, haha. However, she did come into our lives when we needed her the most. Courtney's market knowledge, fierce negotiation skills, intuition on buyers needs/wants, and overall tenacity makes her the absolute best in the business. I am very thankful she was there to guide us through the buying process and help get our family a home we love in the perfect location. There is no one else we would ever buy or sell with again.
