I worked with Courtney for many months leading up to a home purchase this past February. A normal process made remarkable in the fact that I was working overseas. Courtney had the time and patience to work with me remotely. We conducted home tours via Facetime, sent listings back and forth by email and talked and texted by phone regularly. This was so successful that I was able to make an offer, conduct a home inspection on Facetime and negotiate a final purchase without ever stepping foot in the house!
