Courtney took time outside of normal business hours to show us (me and my wife) multiple homes along the Front Range in Northern Colorado. She gave us excellent advice as out-of-state buyers that helped us choose a home that was right for us. Communication was clear the entire time with utmost professionalism. During the option period, Courtney helped keep everything on schedule and ensured amendments were signed by all parties in a timely manor. We’d love to work with Courtney again in the future.
