PART TWO!!! Courtney Mayer is highly knowledgeable about the market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Courtney came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Courtney is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Courtney was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! We had some issues with some noncompliant sellers and even after buying the house and getting herself paid, she is still fighting for us for a fair deal and compliance of the contract- that’s probably not in job description, and it truly makes me consider her not just an agent, but a friend. Overall, I would strongly recommend Courtney Meyer to any of my family and anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding. She even offered to lend us one of her properties to live in till we would close. This is the new model of an agent that other tired agencies and agents can only aspire to. PART ONE !!! Tired of “good enough” products and services? I am! Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I found Courtney Meyer. When we started the process, we were living in colorado, needing to move to bismarck in the next month. We have never even visited bismarck so we needed extensive research and help with not only finding houses but deteils of the best areas to live in, schools, hospitals. We needed way more help than the usual client. She offered to tour all the properties we were interested in via video, and she provided all the details and answered all our questions. This would have been our first time buying an already built house. We had very little idea about what we were getting ourselves into. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. She was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information to make those decisions, but also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because not living in bismarck and being a first time buyer, we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. With the struggle we had of not being able to see anything in person, she was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant.

Courtney helped us with purchasing a home in Bismarck. There were some unexpected challenges that caught us off guard. Courtney helped pull us through addressing these challenges, even after we closed. Thank you Courtney for going above and beyond, especially when we needed you the most.

When I tell you this scary, confusing process was made so much easier by having such a go-getter, Independent real estate beast like Courtney on my side! This was my first time even looking into buying my forever home so, naturally I had questions. Luckily, I met Courtney and she made the process flawless. I know she was probably tired of me being that every time she called to ask me who I wanted to go with for inspection, broker, etc.. I would say ummmm I don’t know…..she finally just asked would you like me to handle it all? I said yes please and she got it done. It was almost like having my own personal assistant. She asked me what I wanted, what I was looking for, what were my yeses and what were my hard no’s, all I did was talk with her told her my background and things I was looking for. She took care of the rest. She literally is god sent. She was even their way after I signed the papers when technically she didn’t need to be anymore. She stayed following up with me making sure everything was still good making sure I had everything taken care of , she even had a list of recommendations for contractors and house cleaners thank you Courtney for moving Mountains and getting us in our dream home!

Courtney was engaging and eager to assist in the sale of our mother's home. We were under time pressures to provide financial support nursing home costs. Courtney worked closely to ensure the home was properly prepped for showing and was a very good advocate during sale negotiations. She always kept our best interests in mind as decisions were made.
