Communicating with Courtney was easy. She responded quickly and if she was busy and couldn’t answer the question or message fully, she would let you know. She did very well explaining things and truly cared about what we wanted. She was also very flexible and always tried to make time us in-person. She was very knowledgeable about areas, and since we have a baby, she also let us know about schools and daycares near by. I liked that Courtney took calculated risks during the negotiation process but also made sure we knew the risks and that we were comfortable. She always gave us good advice and was honest about things. She really cares about getting you your perfect home and making sure you are set up for success!

We had some serious repairs that needed to be done to close on the property. Courtney took the lead with coordinating contractors and kept us updated on the progress.
