Courtney met her stated goals and service objectives promised upon listing our home. She worked our home listing through various price positions, and eventually it sold. The closing went seamlessly. I would have appreciated more conversation and suggestions during the listing periods. Most conversations on condition, marketing and price adjustments resulted from our initiating the change. Communication weekly (or 10 day intervals) helps keep us focused and not wondering (even wandering our thoughts) what is happening in the market/ activity agent is encountering on our home, is the agent too busy for us, etc. A courtesy suggestion.
