We could not have asked for a better agent! Courtney has been amazing to us through the entire home searching and buying process. Before working with Courtney, the entire process seemed intimidating. When we started working with her, everything changed! She definitely knows her stuff, and does a great job explaining it in ways that are easy to understand. She answered every one of our questions happily and never made us feel like we were bothering her (we had a lot of questions!). She made the house searching process a breeze. We told her the general sort of place we were looking for, as well as used her website to set up filters for them also. She would let us know when houses would pop up on the market that she thought we would be interested in. As first time buyers, we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted, so as we started viewing places, she would listen to our feedback and ask questions, and then use it to help find us places that fit even more with what we were looking for. After we found THE ONE, Courtney worked tirelessly to help us set up inspections, get quotes, recommend services, everything! If plans changed, then she was on the ball and seamlessly made adjustments. Besides these normal buying activities, we did run into a pretty rare issue with the house we had to deal with, but instead of just letting us deal with it ourselves, Courtney jumped right in and took a lot of extra time helping us with that even though she had NO obligation to! I had to leave a review to give props to Courtney, because she has been so great to us. We've recommended her to friends already and will keep doing so, and if we are ever in the market again to sell or buy, we know who to contact!

Courtney is AMAZING! In 2011, she helped us buy our second home and could not have been more helpful, professional, and easy to work with. She was on top of everything and explained every detail for us. Then she recently helped us rent a house and secured a great tenant within a week! If you want someone who TRULY believes in customer service as well as guiding and educating their clients through the home buying process then she is the woman for the job.
