When ever we had questions or concerned she made sure to answer them quickly and put our worries at ease! She even went as far as helping me with my baby while I recorded the walk through. I decided to sell my home and Courtney Mayes was my real estate agent. Overall, I think she did the best she could and was very good. Her experience really pulled us through the long process. There was some serious logistical/planning issues like having the closing date changed/adjusted. Thanks to Starling Law Firm also. The only really rough part was when the closing date was changed due to the V. A. loan inspector (from what I understand). I am concerned that real estate agents are under rated in general. A few days later, a friend of mine bought a house without a real estate agent involved. It was a very rough process.
Courtney was an amazing realtor for me and my husband, we were living in a different state about to move because of the military. She was so helpful in finding good houses and scheduling all our appointments to view the houses on the set weekend we were making the trip to North Carolina. She was so professional, and knowledgeable - as first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing but we put our full trust in her and she got us an amazing house for an amazing price and helped us work through all the details & paperwork along the way. she never made us feel like a question was dumb even though we had a lot and she was just super sweet and made the house buying an experience a fun and memorable one.
