I decided to sell my home and Courtney Mayes was my real estate agent. Overall, I think she did the best she could and was very good. Her experience really pulled us through the long process. There was some serious logistical/planning issues like having the closing date changed/adjusted. Thanks to Starling Law Firm also. The only really rough part was when the closing date was changed due to the V. A. loan inspector (from what I understand). I am concerned that real estate agents are under rated in general. A few days later, a friend of mine bought a house without a real estate agent involved. It was a very rough process.

She was so helpful in finding good houses and scheduling all our appointments to view the houses on the set weekend we were making the trip to North Carolina.
