Courtney did an AMAZING job handling a VERY difficult situation that was out of our control during the sale of my home. She went above and beyond the call of duty, working at all hours and dealing with very difficult people whose lack of responsiveness was unfortunately rather remarkable. She was the Jerry Maguire to my Rod Tidwell...and that is saying a lot. Courtney is your go to if you're looking to sell or buy (she helped me four years ago with that too). Courtney definitely went above and beyond to sell our house! When she saw how exhausted we were at the end of our move-out, she told us to start our out-of-state move and she would take care of the rest! And that she did…from cleaning, to junk removal and mowing!!! She was at our house at least once or twice a day and called us frequently to give updates. Our house was sold in two days and it is all due to Courtney’s efforts! Her real estate expertise was evident and useful since we had never sold a house before. Thanks Courtney!!!
