Courtney did a wonderful job helping us through a relatively tricky close. We moved out of state before selling our home and we felt confident that Courtney was keeping an eye on the house while we were gone—she even kept up with the weekly hot tub chemicals for several months. She was extremely organized, kept us in the loop on all communications, and gave really sound advice when we had decisions to make. By far the best experience buying a house and I’ve bought 4 prior to this one! I worked with Courtney Folderauer and she was phenomenal!! Courtney really took the time to walk me through the buying process, explain my options, and connected me to an amazing lender.
