Where do I begin? We purchased a home before putting ours on the market, so we were in a bit of a hurry to get ours on the market. Courtney went above and beyond to help us get ready FAST! From pulling comps, gathering opinions on listing price, staging, listing, showing, an amazing open house, and even handling each of our multiple offers with care, Courtney made us feel like we were her only clients in the world! Honestly, with the number of calls, questions, and visits Courtney had with me at all hours of the day and night, it felt impossible that she could be working with anyone else. Come to find out, she had a full plate of others just like me, and she just handles us all with grace. She makes you feel like a priority. I strongly recommend asking Courtney to help you buy a home. My husband and I stumbled upon a house we loved, and asked Courtney to take us back for a second look. When we fell in love, Courtney took us seriously, and things moved very quickly at that point. Courtney was the absolute best in every way. She was incredibly attentive and really went above and beyond what I consider the standard for realtors. She treated our home as if it was her's and I believe that gave us an edge in the competitive market. After having a deal fall apart due to the buyer losing his job and not being able to move forward, within 5 days Courtney had us in a bidding war that ended in a sale over asking price.
