Courtney has a ton of experience as a realtor and it really showed! We were so thankful to have used her. The search, the inspection, the paperwork, contractors, the sellers... she followed up with everyone proactively and was extremely thorough. During each step she noticed things that we didn't and followed up with us in less than 24 hours. We were never left wondering or uncertain. I would highly recommend Courtney for any type of home buyer. She is thorough and willing to go the extra mile for her buyer!
