Courtney gave us excellent service and guidance through this sale.
The property we sold was older, but Courtney was able to help us arrive at a listing price that seemed fair. We received an offer right away that was at asking price. The inspection revealed a structural issue and Courtney was able to negotiate a reasonable compromise that kept the sale on track. We will use Courtney again for any properties we have in that market.
