Courtney listens to what we asked for and proactively gave helpful suggestions and guidance from finding, inspecting, getting answers and explaining everything we encountered. She was quick to respond to texts and phone calls and a joy to work with. She is willing to actually hear what we say and understand when we don’t want to be pushed into something “bigger or better” when it is not our goal. We will work with her in the future.
