We worked with Courtney long distance for 4 years before we found our Florida vacation home. She kept us informed on the housing market on a regular basis. Sent us many homes, talked about a gated community or not. When city sewer and water would be coming into which neighborhoods. We learned about sea walls, and the different things that we need to take care being in Florida versus Minnesota. She was so patient and stuck with us through it all. I would highly recommend Courtney. I feel fortunate to have gotten to work with her and gained a new friend.

Courtney was wonderful. We were shopping for a home in Florida from Chicago, and she was always easy to reach. She completed several walk throughs of homes with us on FaceTime, including driving through the different neighborhoods to show us the area. Courtney was a tremendous help!

Courtney was very prompt and professional with my property search. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Courtney was able to show me several properties in one day which we were very appreciative of. We liked Courtney a lot and we will definitely use her again.
