Courtland assisted in working with a very difficult buyer and very unprofessional Buyers Agent. Despite the Agent/Buyer issues we were able to close with few delays, Although the buyers demanding 4 inspections did delay the closing

over the years I have sold and purchased many properties, both residential and commercial. This was by far the easiest sales process I have ever experienced.

Courtland knew what I was looking for and kept me focused on what I wanted. Gave me the reassurance on liking or not liking a home which is important when viewing homes as a single. He viewed homes for me so I didn’t have to make extra trips and alerted me whenever things hit the market that could work. When a house came that was “the one” he made it happen and closed things that day! I have great application for him and lucky to have him help me.

I really appreciated all the extra tasks that Courtland did for me. Made the transition for me and my daughter go smoothly.
