From start to finish, Coty has been amazing! We were looking to purchase a primary residence from out of state, not an easy task. Coty was like our eyes, ears and everything else for every property we were considering. She was diligent in her efforts in helping during the entire journey and it was most certainly a journey. She worked really well with every seller, be it the owner or an agent. She traveled to more than a dozen homes, did video walk throughs when allowed, pictures of specifics, you name and she covered it. Most importantly, she listened. She took note of everything we had to say, good or bad, about each property. She gained a real feel for what we wanted, our must haves and our deal breakers. We sent her to so many homes, she could tell us immediately if it was worth our energy to see it ourselves, no sugar coating, just straight honesty.
