Coty Alexander went above and beyond to negotiate a great deal for the condo I wanted, but she did so much more. She searched the entire Las Vegas area to find other options when I withdrew my offer. Then, she renegotiated for the condo I really wanted to get me the deal that made sense for me. She made sure I had a good home warranty, and she combed through the contracts to validate that everything was correct and to my satisfaction.
