We were fortunate to have Coty Alexander recommended by a trusted friend of ours, so we took his advice, but it was still amazing when she sold our house for 1.4 million, which was the highest sale from hundreds of homes this size in the community. She was a powerhouse from day one with personalized service and was a fair but fact filled negotiator on our behalf, never missing a beat. I doubt that most realtors have ever spent the amount of time with a client as she did with us DAY AFTER DAY. It was a tremendous advantage that she is also an experienced Staging Interior Designer, and helped us make changes that strategically updated and upgraded the home which helped seal the deal for us. This experience made us realize that the right realtor was the most important factor in our successful sale, and Coty was the right one.
