Buying a home, especially your first as a married couple, is an incredibly personal journey
Buying a home, especially your first as a married couple, is an incredibly personal journey. My husband and I had specific parameters, including our firm desire to stay in the Long Beach community. We knew this could mean a lengthy search, but that didn't matter to us—and we didn’t want to be pushed into anything that didn’t feel right.
From the very start, Costanza understood our priorities and assured us that she would never pressure us "just to make a sale." Her genuine listening during our initial meeting, combined with her thoughtful approach during the first few showings, made us confident that she was the perfect realtor for us.
Throughout the process, we never felt rushed, second-guessed, or undervalued. Costanza was gracious, calm, and consistently supportive. Her sharp eye for design and practical upgrades added a unique dimension to our search, offering creative ideas as we toured each home.
We also appreciated how knowledgeable and well-connected Costanza is in the local real estate community. Her expertise and relationships clearly gave us an edge, and her insight into the market was invaluable.
In what felt like no time, she introduced us to the home that would become "ours." The process unfolded far faster than we anticipated, but we couldn’t have asked for a better guide along the way. And honestly, even if the search had taken months longer, we would have been perfectly happy continuing our journey with her by our side.
Thank you, Costanza, for making this significant milestone so seamless—and dare I say, fun! We’re thrilled with our new home and can’t wait to recommend you to anyone searching for their own dream home.
