Cosme found my family a beautiful bungalow in the heart of Thornton Park (Orlando, FL) that marked every item off our wish list! Cosme is super knowledgeable about the Curry Ford/Hourglass area. When deciding whether to list or rent our first home (he helped us buy our current home!!), he spent time explaining to us all our options and gave us breakdowns of the current market and possible returns of investment. He did such an amazing job he and his wife took photos, listed our home, and found us multiple potential tenants all within 48 hours! By the end of our first day being listed, we had our house rented. Just like buying our home with Cosme, he walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the contract we presented and solidified the deal!
