I have been extremely fortunate to be connected to Cosmas Kanyi (CK) of Goldberg Property Holdings during my time sensitive search for a new home. I was scoping East Cobb for their highly ranked middle and high school for my daughter and, within a very short timeline had the added complication of a sellers market so, I was unsure if I could find something.
