Cory was awesome! We first contacted him several months ahead of when we planned to buy. He was willing and eager to answer all of our questions. Set us up with several lenders who were very helpful as well. We spent one week touring houses & went 0/1 on offers before Cory was able to land us a tour at a beautiful, completely renovated, single-family home that wasn’t even on the market yet. We ended getting our offer accepted and closed within a month. The home also appraised for $15k over the price Cory was able to lock in for us. Cory is an awesome realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and passionate when it comes to helping his clients find the right home. He was very patient and asked the right questions to determine my needs and requirements during the entire search for the property. He communicated things very well and was always available to answer question either by a phone call, text, or email. It didn’t matter the time of day; he would get back in touch with me with an answer as soon as possible. I appreciated this type of flexibility. He put me first as a client and never once did I feel pressured to buy a home. I felt like Cory really care for me as a client and wanted the best for me whether I purchased the house or not. He also communicated my concerns to the seller about issues with the home that were identified before and after the property inspection. The sellers refused to make any repairs or offer any sellers concessions at first because the property was listed as-is. However, Cory fought hard on my behalf for what was right, and the sellers ended up making some repairs to the home which saved me money in the end. Cory is a phenomenal realtor. He went above and beyond from day 1 when I only had a pre approval. He asked questions about what type of home I was looking to purchase, and sent me listings frequently tailored to my desires. Not once did I feel any pressure to pick a certain home. He was very thorough in explaining the home buying process and what it means to represent the buyer. He was exceptionally responsive to any inquiries I had at any time of the day. Nearly every home I requested to tour, I was able to do that the same day. He also referred me to a very knowledgeable inspector, taking the hassle out of finding one on my own. The home buying process was seamless; I went from pre approved to closing in under 45 days. And he was able to have the seller contribute to my closing costs!
