I’ve only worked with 3 realtors in my life so far. But if I could, everyone of them would’ve been Cory Ryan. Cory’s knowledge and handling during the sale of my nightmare rental was masterful. He is calm, eager and willing to do whatever the job entails to get your property sold. He helped with the eviction process, was available to speak with police and able to network with the neighbors in an effort to clear a hoarder tenant and get the property sold. All while I was working 2 counties away and could not. He laid out all possible options for sale to maximize time, effort and of course, value. Two thumbs up and 6 stars if possible. Cory has been great from start to finish, for us a 9 month journey! Cory did a great job start to finish with selling my grandparents house after they passed away. He went above & beyond by getting us in touch with estate sale people, mechanics as well as contractors to fix up the house before putting it on the market. The house closed less than two weeks after going on the market. A 5 star rating is an understatement given how much he helped our family.
