Cory is steadfast in his aspiration to provide real estate expertise, whether it be selling, buying or determining a price/value to a property. He sold two 4 unit apartment buildings for me, and found another buyer for yet another two 4 unit apartment buildings. He likewise assisted me with a two family, a few foreclosures, and finding lake front property. He has aided me at times with questions about leases and the value of a property. He has several condo listings currently and I am quite pleased with his work ethic and dedication.
