He had never bought a home before, and I was assisting him as much as I could.Cory showed us a manufactured home in a very unusual, and residential looking area of a trailer park. Shr then provided us with prompts and instructions on every aspect of the buying process. We offered $10,000 less than the seller had listed. Both seller and my brother were very satisfied with the result.Because my brother was unfamiliar with the process, he needed a fair amount of handholding along the way. Corey was there for every step. And she was even there for him following the sale. As he will be new to the area, she offered to get him information on any of the local resources he would need for his carpentry work, and anything else. To me, that is going above, and beyond the normal level of service from a real estate agent.And all this is with the sale of a manufactured home, which will probably be among the lower commissions that she receives. She served us as if she were helping us buy $1 million property.I would recommend her, without reservation, to any home buyer, or seller.

When it came to selling our property, she helped us every step of the way—from helping us decide it was the right time to put it on the market (and making us aware of resources we didn’t know existed) to all the little details leading up to a quick closing.
