Cory went above and beyond what I was expecting from a realtor when selling our mother's property. He helped us navigate several unexpected challenges. He and we even learned a new thing or two in the process, which we didn't know even existed in the state/nation! He was available almost 24/7 and kept in contact with us through every step. I appreciated his candor and humor. Since I had relocated to the Twin Cities and didn't know any realtors in the Central MN area, I had asked a friend if she knew any agents.
