I can’t even begin to express how blessed I feel to have found Cory. He instantly felt like an old friend who was excited to find us the perfect home and educate us throughout the process. From the get go he was curious about our story, patient, presented no pressure or rush, and was able to direct toward good potential matches and more importantly, places to avoid. The portal we used to find places we were interested in was very smooth and useful, and he was incredibly responsive to text and email. Cory truly knows his stuff! Once we found the one, he made sure it was our choice and helped us quickly make the offer and was able to easily get us concessions for little things we needed to fix. Long story short…Cory is the real deal. Professional, knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. He was able to prove us absolutely wrong in thinking this would be difficult and that being homeowners was almost unattainable.
