Cory impressed us from the beginning with the preparation and presentation of his in-depth research. We interviewed several real estate agents and there was no question of who was the right choice. He then guided us every step of the sales process through pricing, the listing and marketing, showings, contract intricacies and amendments, negotiations, the inspection, and the closing. He is a reliable and excellent communicator. When we disagreed at any point, Cory patiently listened to us, raised his concerns, agreed to disagree or often convinced us to change our minds.
