Cortney did an incredible job helping me find my first home. I needed a home in a short time frame with a tight budget & he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. To say I was nervous about buying my first home is an understatement but Cortney kept me well informed the entire time, took care of every detail & made the whole process a breeze. From start to finish he kept me aware of what to expect at each step. I asked hundreds (if not thousands) of questions & Cortney welcomed each one with an answer that made it easy for me to understand. He truly put my mind at ease. I closed over a year ago & he is still answering my questions regarding taxes, home warranties, upgrades & even future plans of owning rentals. I can’t say enough good things about Cortney.
