It was a pleasure working with Corrine. Since the very beginning she was very responsive and always on time to our appointments. She always came prepared with the listing information and anything she didn't know the answer to she would find the answer to as soon as possible. She would provide us with all the information she had at her disposal to ensure we made an informed decision before putting in an offer. She would provide recommendations during the offer process and provided the data and reasoning behind it. Once the offer was in she provided recommendations for inspection, homeowners insurance, home warranty and even help us negotiate some credits based on what was returned from the home inspection. Corrine was an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor. Originally we met Corrine at a showing on a home we found on Zillow, but after deciding we wanted to keep looking, Corrine offered to tour any place we wanted as well as send us multiple listings throughout the week. We ended up seeing 5 or 6 homes that we ended up not liking, but Corrine never lost faith and kept sending us homes. When we found something that we liked, Corrine introduced us to our lender, and assisted us throughout the entire process. She even managed to negotiate the homeowner to give us a brand new roof on the home. She was always available if we had any questions, and pressured everyone to make sure our closing date never got delayed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home or sell a home.
She was great from the start. I started with a different realtor who wasn't very attentive, clicked something about being interested in a house on Zillow I think?, and she called me. She couldn't find the house on her MLS site, so we just kinda left it at that and hung up. A few minutes later, she called me back saying the reason she couldn't see it is it was for sale by owner, so she gave me the number of the owner. Just to be nice! She went above and beyond when she didn't have to. That's when I knew I wanted her as my realtor! That poor lady, we figuratively dragged her across Florida for months. She was really perceptive and knew what we were looking for early on. She had great advice when I asked, and did a great job not giving an unwarranted opinion on something. She gave us every detail we asked for when she was able to. She was so dedicated even though she knew we weren't looking to spend money. One thing she was insistent on was that if I felt our time was being wasted, not to be pressured to look at something. The whole process up to the end was smooth! We're so grateful we stumbled across Corrine. I'm a first time home buyer and my mom was very involved in the process, and the whole time she was very aware of how good Corrine was being to us. She was both professional and genuine throughout the whole process and was definitely looking out for our best interests and not trying to push us into whatever house. Thanks Corrine!
