She knew exactly the type and style of home we were interested in therefore we never a few houses that wouldn’t have worked . After dealing with another realtor that had her own agenda, that kept my house on the market for 90 days, with that absolute minimal amount work that could be done, I went to find a new realtor. That new realtor was Corrie. Not only did Corrie accomplish more in the first three days than was done in the previous 90, she listened. Corrie helped us sell a house in the ever changing Phoenix market. It was a unique home that was hard to find comps on and she was able to quickly find the "sweet spot" to get traffic viewing the house. When a low offer came in, she patiently negotiated and got the buyer to come up to a price that we were comfortable with.
