Corrie has a great knowledge of staging to get buyers interest. She also went over comparable homes in the area so we had idea of our competition and market value ahead of time. Very knowledgeable!
Corrie was referred to us by our previous realtor who had retired. We met with her and immediately felt comfortable with her! She was confident and willing to walk us through the selling process, being honest and open about her thoughts and plans for our house. We listed the house on a Thursday, and had multiple offers above asking price by Sunday evening! Corrie made the whole process as easy as possible for us: valuing the house, listing it, suggestions for staging, and getting all the paperwork in order and passed along to us!
