Confidence in the Process!

"From our very first meeting, Corrie gave us confidence without the B.S. - she not only talked the talk, but did the walk. We were 1st time home sellers and just did not know what to expect as far as preparation, pricing, marketing, so we really needed to TRUST our realtor. Corrie was able to provide references for services that we needed, but she did not force us to do any of the services. It was simple - did we want our house to sell for the right price and quickly? She made several visits during our preparation, encouraging us when we were sweating it out to get the house ready. Just prior to the listing, she even coordinated with landscaping and our neighbors to get the cul-de-sac looking like new. Once the house listed, she coordinated the views and and went thru the offers one by one with us. She didn't choose, she made sure we understood the pros and cons of each one, which again gave us the confidence to make our decisions. We were not local - we had already relocated far away out of state - so again, the trust factor...... Our house sold quickly and above list price.
