Our situation we experienced with Correy was a unique one as there were other forces in play and a strict timeline to get this deal closed otherwise there was going to be adverse consiquinces! Correy was able to assertain that we could execute this deal by asking the right questions, requested the proper documentaion, while also working the title end to get this deal closed on time! Due to her attention to detail and her ability to keep the deal moving she overcame all obsticles to get this deal executed on time! Not that there were no issues, however they were on the title end and not due to anything Correy or myself induced! She rode the title company to deliver and overcome obstacles and this deal closed within the timeframe!
