My fiance and I had been kind of dabbling in the idea of buying a home and we found one on Zillow we wanted to see and got hooked up with Dave. He pulled a couple other listings for us and we went a hunting! After a few trips out, we were getting nervous because we were in a situation that was forcing us to move and we wanted to find something quick but we hadn't felt that 'this is the one' feeling yet. We were out one day and Dave kind of sat us down and basically told us that this is your first house, you don't want to jump into something because of this situation you're in and then end up hating the house you picked. This guy actually cares about his clients. He knew we were ready to go running head first into the first house in our price range and instead of taking the easy sale, he talked us off the ledge and gave us some real heartfelt advice. and you know what? after a couple months, one bad inspection and lots and lots of driving, We found our dream home in Sahuarita! Dave talked us through the whole process and everything went smoothly in the escrow process on our dream home. He even hooked us up with a lender that was awesome too.
