After previously attending an open house where he was showing a home, I knew he was the realtor for us! He let us drag him from house to house and never once stopped smiling or working with us! Once we finally decided on the house and signed the initial paperwork, we heard from him almost daily with updates, reminders and things we needed to know. He made the process very smooth, calmed and fears, concerns or hesitations and was always able to get an answer quickly, if he didn't already know the answer! He treated us like family and was always ready to go the extra mile so we didn't have to! This was the easiest home buying process I could ever have hoped for!
