First off Cornelia comes accross as someone that loves her job. She loves helping people find their new home and navigating all the steps in getting there. She will be there for every step in this tough journey of buying a home. She is experienced, knows the local housing market, customers, communities, and networks easily- we have beneffitted from her contacts. She is a true partner; probelm solving with you along the way and using her negotiation skills to get results. She is an off the charts action oriented person that seems to always be available and totally accessible. Once she did not get back to us in the hour and apoligized. She will take the time to learn what is important to you. For example, she will go with you to every showing- learning what is important to you and using this information to ask questions and help you make decisions. I know of no one that enjoys searching for their new home. Can't say that Cornelia imde this process enjoyable but she is in your corner, leveraging her experience and knowledge, learns what you want and makes the buying process much more bearable. A true partner in navigagting a complicated, emotional process of selecting your home so you can make it your new home.
