When my partner and I arrived to view the apartment early in the day, Corissa greeted us punctually and warmly. Her explanations of the building were not only lucid and thorough, but exciting to listen to. After touring the apartment for 10 minutes, my partner and I were convinced it was the right location. We expressed to Corissa that we wanted to move forward with the application. That same evening, we received paperwork and links to apply, and were approved quickly. What made the experience so wonderful was that Corissa was always readily available to clarify information and cheer in our corner. In the main, if ever we move anew, I would prefer Corissa!

She found me the perfect apartment, and did great negotiating the rent. She made the application process so easy for me by walking me through everything and helping to get me into an apartment I absolute love!! I highly recommend her!
