The pre planning strategy was critical (March 2022). She knew objectively what to do to make the property show properly for todays buyer. Mid April, 1 open house/2 days 50+ showings, 6 contracts. Corinne even came to meet with us at various hardware stores to help us find the right materials and at the right price! Listing the house was also a smooth process. Throughout she gave us very clear timelines on what to expect, this really helped us plan. She follows-up with everything and knows what is important in her business. We ambitiously priced our home and got a full price offer just days after our first open house. Throughout negotiations over the inspection, Corinne new exactly how to strike the balance between pushing back on the buyer's demands when appropriate, while also conceding something meaningful to the buyer to ensure the contract went thru. Corinne presented options + advice to us along the way, and we made decisions together. It was an excellent experience and the house sold for a great price very smoothly. 11/10 would recommend her to anyone! Might I add she's also incredibly friendly and we truly felt she cared about us personally.
