Corinne, is the realtor you need and want. Is always highly prepared and stays current on market analysis for listing. She has a long network with healthy relationships across the industry (real estate firms, lenders/title co., trade, etc) and has been spot on in staging to sell and setting offer expectations too. We first met Corinne 14 years ago when purchasing our home in WA state. She was excellent at finding just the house we were looking for and got a fancy deal for us. When we decided to sell that house we called Corinne of course. She was great at staging and listing our home. She understood that we didn’t want any open houses and was agreeable to our request. She made our home look wonderful in the staging and photos and we had an offer in only 4 days for asking price. At first she was a little hesitant to list at the price we wanted but Corinne is always open to her customers wants a desired.
